摘 要:地铁在为城市人口出行通勤提供高效快捷选择的同时,也引起沿线的环境振动,进一步诱发建筑物的二次噪声将成为环境污染源,对地铁沿线居民的工作、生活都产生很大的影响。结合北京某项目实际情况和地铁隔声减振设计实践,分析实测数据,归纳对比国家各类规范,梳理解决思路和设计要点,最终应用聚氨酯隔振垫的构造方案解决了既有地铁周边建筑减振和隔二次噪声的问题,为今后地铁周边类似项目的设计分享经验,形成案例,对将来后续项目的设计具有参考和借鉴意义。The rapid development of the subway not only supports the expansion of the city,but also brings some new problems to the project development and architectural design,it also provides an efficient and fast choice for the travel and commuting of the urban population,thus bringing a large value-added effect to the land along the line.On the other hand,the subway will cause environmental vibration along the line and further induce the secondary noise of buildings,which will become the source of environmental pollution and have a great impact on the work and life of residents along the subway.Combined with the actual situation of a project in Beijing and the design practice of subway sound insulation and vibration reduction,this paper analyzes the measured data,summarizes and compares various national codes,combs the solutions and design points,and finally applies the structural scheme of polyurethane vibration isolation pad to solve the problems of vibration reduction and secondary noise isolation of buildings around the existing subway,so as to share experience and form a case for the design of similar projects around the subway in the future.It has reference and reference significance for the design of subsequent projects in the future.
