摘 要:盾构隧道接收井端头加固是盾构隧道建造过程中的重要环节。以温州市域铁路S2线瓯江北口隧道江北接收井端头加固为背景,考虑端头加固范围内地层复杂且分布有障碍物,在原有端头加固方案基础上对三轴搅拌桩弱加固+旋喷强加固+接缝旋喷及冻结方案和高压旋喷桩+接缝旋喷桩方案进行对比优选。结果表明:在有障碍物复杂地层条件下,三轴搅拌桩+旋喷桩+冻结的加固方案技术上不满足施工需求。提出的两种端头加固方案适用于有障碍物复杂地层条件,方案二比方案一在技术上可行,经济上合理,加固效果良好,可作为江北接收井端头加固方案。End reinforcement of Shield tunnel receiving well is an important link in the construction process of shield tunnel.Taking the end reinforcement of the north receiving well of Oujiang north entrance tunnel of Wenzhou regional railway line s2 as the background,considering the complex strata and obstacles in the end reinforcement range,the weak reinforcement of triaxial mixing pile+strong reinforcement of rotary jet grouting+joint rotary jet grouting+freezing scheme and the high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile+joint rotary jet grouting pile scheme are compared and optimized on the basis of the original end reinforcement scheme.The results show that under the condition of complex stratum with obstacles,the reinforcement scheme of triaxial mixing pile+rotary jet grouting pile+freezing does not meet the construction requirements.The two end reinforcement schemes are suitable for complex stratum with obstacles.The second scheme is technically feasible,economically reasonable and has good reinforcement effect,which can be used as the end reinforcement scheme of Jiangbei receiving well.
