摘　　要：生物化学是药学专业的一门重要的学科基础课。教学团队在多年的教学过程中总结出“疾病开篇——生化知识讲解——药物收尾”的整合式教学模式。先介绍常见疾病的症状与病因;随后引入相关的生物化学知识及发病机制,并引导学生思考可能的药物研发靶点;最后讲解临床使用的药物,引导学生分析该药物的优劣势。该教学模式将自身健康、理论知识和实际应用有机地结合起来,不仅能提高学生的学习兴趣,还能加深他们对药学学科的认识和理解,为专业课程的学习打下良好基础。在本校药学专业三届学生中采用此教学模式,学生反馈良好,获得了较好的教学效果,也为临床医学专业的生化教学提供参考。Biochemistry is an important basic course of pharmacy.Our teaching team explored the integrated teaching mode of“open with a disease–lecture on biochemistry–end with drugs”.First,a related disease was introduced to start the class,including its symptoms,causes and health hazards.Then,the underlining biochemical knowledge was lectured in details and students were guided to contemplate on possible drug R&D targets.Finally,drugs in clinic use and their action mechanisms were presented to conclude the whole class.This teaching mode that combines students’health concerns and theoretical knowledge with practical application,cannot only increase students’learning interest,but also deepen their understanding of pharmacy,thus laying a good foundation for studying professional courses.This teaching mode has been applied three sessions of pharmaceutical students in Hainan University.The teaching results were quite good,and students gave very positive feedbacks.This teaching mode may serve as a reference for teaching biochemistry in medical specialties.
