摘 要:近年来,砷污染事件在国内外时有发生,并造成不同程度的影响。基于微波的热效应,以及“以废治废”的思维,采用微波强化啤酒麦糟对含砷水进行深度净化处理。采用微波对啤酒麦糟进行改性,可以增强麦糟对水中砷的吸附能力,而且对砷的净化效果明显好于用NaCl、CaCl2等盐改麦糟净化效果。采用中火微波5 min对麦糟进行改性处理效果最佳,且当含砷水初始浓度为0.5 mg/L时,吸附25 min可使水中砷的净化效率高达98%以上,出水含砷降到0.01 mg/L以下。溶液pH值影响着As(Ⅲ)的存在形态,且在pH值为9时砷的净化率达到最大,继续增加pH值砷的净化率变化不大。微波的热效应使麦糟中极性分子摩擦生热,增加了麦糟的活性,因此微波改性麦糟对含砷水的具有较好的净化效果。In recent years, arsenic pollution occurred frequently at home and abroad, and caused different degrees of impact. Based on the thermal effect of microwave and the thought of “treating waste with waste”, the deep purification of arsenic-containing water was carried out by using microwave enhanced brewer’s grains. Using microwave to modify brewer’s grains can enhance the adsorption capacity of arsenic in water, and the purification effect of arsenic is obviously better than that of replacing brewer’s grains with NaCl, CaCl2and other salts. In addition, when the initial concentration of arsenic-containing water is 0.5 mg/L, the purification efficiency of arsenic in water can reach more than 98 % by adsorption for 25 min. The effluent arsenic content is less than 0.01 mg/L. The arsenic removal rate reached the maximum when the pH value was 9, and the arsenic removal rate had little change when the pH value continued to increase. The thermal effect of microwave makes the polar molecules in brewer’s grains heated by friction and increases the activity of brewer’s grains, so the microwave modified brewer’s grains have a good purification effect on arsenic water.
