摘  要:近些年来,中国已经成为世界上抗生素滥用情况最严重的国家之一。虽然我国出台了一些相关政策以应对上述情形,但是收效甚微。尤其是最近几年,频见报道抗生素引发的不良反应,给抗生素使用的整体环境敲了警钟。如何解决滥用抗生素引发的食品安全风险,是个值得充分关注的问题。本文通过研究食品及其生产、流通过程中抗生素残留的,开发了一种对应有效的检测方法,供读者参考。In recent years,China has become one of the countries with the most serious abuse of antibiotics in the world.Although China has issued some relevant policies to deal with the above situation,it has little effect.Especially in recent years,frequent reports of adverse reactions caused by antibiotics have sounded an alarm to the overall environment of antibiotic use.How to solve the food safety risk caused by the abuse of antibiotics is a problem worthy of full attention.By studying the of antibiotic residues in food and its production and circulation,this paper developed a corresponding and effective detection method for readers’reference.
