富含藏药天然活性成分唇膏的处方及制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:探究富含藏药天然活性成分唇膏的处方及制备工艺。方法:采用浸提法提取藏药(紫草、红花、西红花)中的天然活性成分,将其制备为色淀,并以藏区特色食品酥油为唇膏的主要基质,通过单因素实验及正交试验优化唇膏处方及制备工艺,制备富含藏药天然活性成分唇膏。结果:富含藏药天然活性成分唇膏主要基质的最佳比例为酥油∶白蜂蜡∶地蜡=5∶25∶9。此处方制备的唇膏涂展度、稳定性等评价指标综合效果最佳。结论:优化得到唇膏的处方及制备工艺简单可行,有望较好保护唇部皮肤。Objective:To explore the preparation process of lipstick enriched with natural active ingredients of Tibetan medicine.Methods:The natural active ingredients in Tibetan medicines(comfrey,safflower,saffron)were extracted by leaching method,and prepared into lakes,and the ghee,a characteristic food of Tibetan areas,was used as the main matrix of the lipstick.The lipstick prescription and preparation process were optimized through the experiment,and the lipstick enriched with natural active ingredients of Tibetan medicine was prepared.Results:The optimal ratio of the main base of the lipstick rich in natural active ingredients of Tibetan medicine is:ghee∶white beeswax∶ceresin=5∶25∶9.The comprehensive effect of the evaluation indexes such as spreadability and stability of the lipstick prepared by this formula is the best.Conclusion:The optimized prescription and preparation process of the lip balm are simple and feasible,and it is expected to better protect the lip skin.
