口扫制作咬合板临床应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨口扫制作咬合板的临床应用效果。方法选取医院2021年7月至2022年10月收治的颌面头颈肿瘤门诊颌骨重建患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者采用常规取模方法,观察组患者采用口扫制作咬合板,比较两组的取模方法、功能、舒适度、取得的效果及满意度。结果传统取模精确度高;但患者张口受限,口内取模易引起不适。口扫取模可极大缩短操作时间,对患者张口度要求不高,可减少痛苦,且口扫过程中可清晰看到口内咬合空间和关系,方便与患者沟通;但口扫技术对精确度有一定影响。结论口扫制作咬合板能有效提高治疗效果和患者满意度。Objective To investgate the effect of clinical application of occlusal splint made by intraoral scanning technology.Methods A total of 60 patients with maxillofacial head and neck tumors who received jaw reconstruction admitted to the hospital from July to October 2022 were selected selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional impression taking,the patients in the observation group were given occlusal splint made by intraoral scanning technology.The method,function,comfort,effect and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results The accuracy of conventional impression taking was high,but the mouth opening of patients was limited,and the impression taking in mouth was easy to cause discomfort.Impression taking by intraoral scanning technology could greatly shorten the operation time,with low requirements for patient′s mouth opening,and reduce the pain of patients.The occlusal space and relationship in the patient′s mouth could be clearly seen during by intraoral scanning technology,which was convenient for direct communication with patients.But intraoral scanning technology had a certain impact on the accuracy.Conclusion Occlusal splint made by intraoral scanning technology can improve the effect of treatment and the satisfaction of patients.
