摘　　要：目的探讨化学发光免疫测定技术在甲状腺肿瘤患者生化免疫检验中的应用价值。方法选取医院2020年3月至2021年4月收治的疑似甲状腺肿瘤者84例为研究组,同期体检的健康者84名为对照组。两组研究对象均接受化学发光免疫测定检查,比较检测结果。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者的甲状腺激素游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))及促甲状腺激素(TSH)的水平均显著更高(P<0.05);研究组患者的甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)水平显著更高,Tg个数显著更多(P<0.05)。病理诊断结果显示,甲状腺肿瘤良性40例,恶性44例;化学发光免疫检测结果显示,阳性检出79例,符合率为94.04%(79/84)。结论在生化免疫检验中,采用化学发光免疫检测技术能提高诊断甲状腺疾病的准确率。Objective To investigate the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in biochemical immunoassay of patients with thyroid tumor.Methods A total of 84 patients with suspected thyroid tumor admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study group,and 84 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.Both groups were given chemiluminescence immunoassay test,and test results of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of free triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4))and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of thyroglobulin(Tg)of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pathological diagnosis showed that 40 cases of benign thyroid tumor and 44 cases of malignant thyroid tumor.Chemiluminescence immunoassay showed that 79 cases were positive,with a coincidence rate of 94.04%(79/84).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay used in biochemical immunoassay can improve the accuracy of thyroid disease diagnosis.
