摘　　要：目的探讨“人文关怀”护理模式用于感染科护理工作的效果。方法选取医院感染科2019年11月至2021年6月收治的住院患者200例,分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组患者采取常规护理干预,观察组患者采用“人文关”怀护理干预。结果观察组患者的护理工作质量、满意度均显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“人文关怀”护理模式用于感染科护理工作可显著提高护理质量,提升患者对护理工作的满意度和配合度,减少不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care applied in the Infectious Diseases Department.Methods A total of 200 inpatients admitted to the Infectious Diseases Department of the hospital from November 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care,while the patients in the observation group were given the humanistic care.Results The quality and satisfaction of care in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care can significantly improve the quality and satisfaction of care,cooperation of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
