摘 要:目的:探索我国临床药学专业药学硕士(下称“临药专硕”)培养模式,为临床药学人才培养提供参考。方法:通过将循证医学方法学理论与临床药学人才培养有机结合,总结实践经验,提出了以“临床药物治疗真实案例”为切入点,基于循证思维解决临床药物治疗实际矛盾的临药专硕与临床药师一体化培养新模式。结果:临药专硕培养新模式有利于培养临药专硕临床药学科研思维,增强其主观能动性,并提高解决实际问题的能力以及知识整合应用能力。结论:基于EBM-PICOS方法的临药专硕与临床药师一体化培养新模式,为临药专硕既满足针对临床用药问题的研究能力培养,又满足临床药学服务实践技能培养的“双需求”提供了示范,为我国临床药学高层次人才培养提供了参考。OBJECTIVE To explore the training mode of pharmacy master majored in clinical pharmacy in China, and to provide reference for improving the quality of clinical pharmacy teaching.METHODS By organically combining the theory of evidence-based medicine methodology with the training of clinical pharmacy talents, and summarizing practical experience, we established an integrated training mode of clinical pharmacy master and clinical pharmacist, which took the "real cases of clinical drug treatment" as the entry point and solved the practical contradiction of clinical drug treatment based on evidence-based medicine thinking.RESULTS The new training mode of pharmacy master majored in clinical pharmacy was conducive to cultivating their clinical pharmacy scientific research thinking, enhancing their subjective initiative, and improving their ability to solve practical problems and the ability of knowledge integration and application.CONCLUSION The integrated training mode of pharmacy master majored in clinical pharmacy and clinical pharmacist based on the EBM-PICOS method provides a demonstration for clinical pharmacy master to meet the "dual needs" of both the research ability training for clinical medication problems and the practical skills training for clinical pharmacy services, and provides reference for the cultivation of high-level clinical pharmacy talents in China.
