摘  要:随着信息技术的高速发展,各种电力电子系统已广泛应用于日常生活。UPS作为一种不间断电源,能对市电进行稳压、稳频、滤波等,以保护负载并为负载提供所需的优质电流,且在市电断电的情况下,还能为负载持续提供一段时间的电流。当UPS出现故障时,不仅可能会损害设备,造成经济上的损失,还会造成数据丢失。对UPS的健康状况进行评估研究能有效避免在UPS突然故障时造成的损失,因此通过分析UPS的结构及其主要组成部分,将其中最容易出现参数性故障的铝电解电容作为评估UPS健康状况的因素。通过对铝电解电容等效模型的分析,确立了反应其状态的特征参数。通过建立UPS的等效混杂模型,对其中的特征参数采用最小二乘法进行参数辨识,并估计特征参数偏离初始值的方式,判断UPS当前的健康状况。With the rapid development of information technology,various power electronic systems have been widely used in daily life in various situations.UPS,as an uninterruptible power supply,can stabilize voltage,frequency and filter the commercial power,and provide high-quality current for the load to protect it.In addition,when the commercial power is cut off,it can continuously provide current for the load for a period of time.Therefore,when UPS fails,it may not only damage equipment and cause economic losses,but also cause data loss.Therefore,evaluating the health status of UPS can effectively avoid the loss caused by sudden failure of UPS.In this paper,by analyzing the structure and main components of UPS,according to statistical research,the aluminum electrolytic capacitor which is most prone to parametric failure is taken as a factor to evaluate the health status of UPS.By analyzing the equivalent model of aluminum electrolytic capacitor,the characteristic parameters reflecting its state are established.By establishing the equivalent hybrid model of UPS,the least square method is used to identify the characteristic parameters,and the way that the characteristic parameters deviate from the initial value is estimated to judge the current health status of UPS.
