摘　　要：百年变局加快演变,国际形势更加复杂多变,作为国家重要根基的金融业将面临新的考验。中国式现代化意味着必须坚持中国特色金融发展道路,以高质量发展为金融业改革发展的主题,不断加强国家金融治理体系建设,推动金融机构、金融市场和金融监管能力提升,持续深入推进国家金融治理现代化。本文认为,过去十年,中国金融业总资产保持了合理增长,具备了体量规模优势,金融体系逐渐完善,金融监管改革取得了较大进展,基本适应了国家发展战略和实体经济发展要求,为推进国家金融治理现代化、增强国家金融能力奠定了坚实基础。面对新的形势和新的任务,中国金融业的发展步入到了新阶段,统筹发展和安全变得极其重要,坚定不移走中国特色金融发展道路,不仅要坚持把着力点放在实体经济上,持续增强国家金融治理水平,巩固提升国家金融体系稳定性,筑牢防范化解系统性金融风险的屏障,推进国家金融治理现代化,而且必须坚持以我为主的原则,总结欧美、拉美及东南亚国家的金融治理经验和教训,坚持深化金融改革和稳步扩大金融开放的政策不动摇,平衡好金融侧与实体侧的关系,从结构上增强金融服务实体经济的质效,加强国家金融能力建设,加快国家金融治理体系、金融机构、金融市场高水平建设。本文认为,未来中国金融既要具备服务支持国家重大战略的能力,更要在国际金融体系和国际金融治理中发挥积极作用,探索出一条兼有国际视野、突出中国特色的金融发展道路。The changes in the world have accelerated,and the international situation has become more complex and volatile.As an important foundation of the country,the financial industry will face new challenges.Chinese path to modernization means that we must adhere to the path of financial development with Chinese characteristics,take high-quality development as the theme of financial industry reform and development,constantly strengthen the construction of national financial governance system,promote the construction of financial institutions,financial markets and financial regulatory capacity,and continue to deepen the modernization of national financial governance.This paper argues that in the past 10 years,the total assets of China’s financial industry have maintained a reasonable growth,with the advantages of size and scale,the financial system has gradually improved,and the reform of financial regulation has made great progress,which basically meets the requirements of the national development strategy and the development of the real economy,laying a solid foundation for promoting the modernization of national financial governance and strengthening the national financial capacity.In the face of new situations and new tasks,this paper proposes that the development of China’s financial industry has entered a new stage,and overall development and security have become extremely important.To unswervingly follow the path of financial development with Chinese characteristics,we must not only insist on focusing on the real economy,continuously enhancing the level of national financial governance,consolidating and improving the stability of the national financial system,building a solid barrier to prevent and resolve systemic financial risks,and promoting the modernization of national financial governance,but also must adhere to the principle of taking ourselves as the main force,summarize the experiences and lessons learned from the financial governance of Europe,America,Latin America and Southeast Asian countries,adher
