摘  要:开展珍稀濒危植物及古树名木保护是水电水利工程环境保护工作的重要内容之一,也是国家生态文明建设的要求。研究分析了水电水利工程建设对珍稀濒危植物及古树名木的影响,结合部分水电水利工程案例,探讨了珍稀濒危植物及古树名木就地保护、迁地保护和保护小区规划等主要保护方式与措施,并从技术标准制定、方案规划设计、实施的监管及指导、跟踪调查和评价等方面对今后的保护工作提出了建议,以期为水电水利工程珍稀濒危植物及古树名木保护技术管理工作的科学化发展提供参考。The protection of rare and endangered plants as well as ancient and famous trees is one of the important contents of environmental protection of hydropower and water conservancy projects,and it′s also the requirement of national ecological civilization construction.This paper analyzes the impact of hydropower and water conservancy projects on rare and endangered plants as well as ancient and famous trees.The main protection methods and measures of rare and endangered plants as well as ancient and famous trees such as in-situ conservation,ex-situ conservation,and small reserve planning are discussed combined with some hydropower and water conservancy project cases.And puts forward suggestions for future protection from technical standard formulation,program planning and design,implementation supervision and guidance,follow-up investigation and evaluation.It is expected to provide reference for the scientific development of the protection technology management of rare and endangered plants as well as ancient and famous trees in hydropower and water conservancy projects.
