摘  要:目的:通过回顾性研究,探讨负压封闭引流装置(VSD)在儿童颌面颈部间隙感染治疗中的应用效果。方法:纳入40例(男18例,女22例)儿童(17 d~14岁)颌面颈部间隙感染患者的资料,按照治疗方法分为两组,传统组进行常规开放式脓肿切开引流术,VSD组在进行切开引流术中使用VSD装置,对两组患者术前、术后3 d白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数,两组患者住院时间、换药次数等进行对比分析。结果:术前、术后3 d的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数组间差异无统计学差异(P>0.05),VSD组患者住院期间平均换药次数、平均住院时间均低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿童颌面颈部间隙感染,在治疗中使用负压封闭引流装置治疗效果良好,同时能够减少手术创伤、加快创面愈合、缩短住院时间。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical value of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of maxillofacial and neck space infections in children.Methods:40 children(18 boys and 22 girls,17 days-14 years)with maxillofacial and neck space infection were divided into 2 groups(n=20).The patients in traditional group were treated by traditional incision drainage,those in VSD group were treated with VSD.The etiology,clinical characteristics,infection progress,mean WBC and NE count,average hospital stay days and average dressing change times were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The mean WBC and NE count before and 3 days after operation were not significantly diffirent between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The average dressing change times and average hospital stay days of VSD group were fewer than those of traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with maxillofacial and neck space infection,the use of VSD is effective and can shorten the in-hospital time and speed up the wound healing process.
