基于数据挖掘探讨含阿胶保健食品的组方规律及应用特点

摘　　要：基于数据挖掘探讨阿胶在保健食品中的应用及配伍规律,为其开发利用提供参考.利用Microsoft Office Excel 2017表统计分析阿胶保健食品的剂型、功效类别、原料使用频次等;借助VOSviewer1.6.5软件展示各原料的配伍关联及配伍密度.运用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0挖掘原料间隐藏的配伍组合,使用Origin 21.0绘制关联组合气泡图.最终纳入阿胶保健食品232个,涉及原料167种,累计使用1471次.与阿胶配伍的中药多为补虚类、利水渗湿类、活血化瘀类.阿胶保健食品以口服液和胶囊为主,主要发挥增强免疫力、改善营养性贫血等保健功能.在增强免疫力方面,阿胶与党参、大枣、当归、熟地黄、茯苓、人参等密切配伍;而黄芪、党参、枸杞子、大枣、熟地黄、葡萄糖酸亚铁等,则是阿胶改善营养性贫血的关键配伍.In this paper,based on data mining,the application and compatibility of Asini Corii Colla in health food are discussed to provide reference for its development and utilization.The Microsoft Office Excel 2017 table was used to statistically analyze the dosage form,efficacy category,raw material use frequency,etc.of Asini Corii Colla health food,and the VOSviewer 1.6.5 software was used to display the compatibility relationship and compatibility density of each raw material.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to explore the hidden compatibility combination among raw materials,and Origin21.0 was used to draw the bubble chart of association combination.Finally,232 Asini Corii Colla health foods were included,which involves 167 kinds of raw materials,and it was used for 1471 times in total.The traditional Chinese medicines compatible with Asini Corii Colla are mostly of the types ol tonifying deficiency,promoting water and moisture,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The health food cotaining Asini Corii Colla is mainly composed of oral liquid and capsule,which mainly plays a role in strengthening immunity,improving nutritional anemia and other health functions.In terms of enhancing immunity,Asini Corii Colla is closely compatible with Codonopsis pilosula,Chinese date,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos,Ginseng,etc;Astragalus membranaceus,codonopsis pilosula,wolfberry,jujube,rehmannia glutinosa,ferrous gluconate,etc.are the key compatibility of Asini Corii Colla to improve nutritional anemia.
