摘 要:目的探讨早期宫颈癌根治术后复发的临床病理特征及与Zeste基因增强子人类同源物2(EZH2)、乳腺癌转移抑制基因1(BRMS1)蛋白表达的相关性。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2020年6月在本院收治的238例行宫颈癌根治术治疗的早期宫颈癌患者,根据术后1年随访有无复发分为复发组64例与未复发组174例。比较两组患者的一般资料,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测宫颈癌组织中EZH2、BRMS1蛋白的阳性表达率,分析EZH2、BRMS1蛋白表达与宫颈癌复发患者的临床特征的关系。结果两组患者的组织学类型、肿瘤直径、临床分期、淋巴结转移、宫颈浸润深度有显著差异(P<0.05),年龄、分化程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。复发组EZH2阳性表达率为70.31%(45/64),明显高于未复发组的56.32%(83/174)(P<0.05);复发组BRMS1阳性表达率为7.81%(5/64),明显低于未复发组的18.97%(33/174)(P<0.05)。宫颈癌术后复发患者EZH2、BRMS1蛋白表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、宫颈浸润深度有关(P<0.05),与组织学类型、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。结论早期宫颈癌根治术后复发患者,其临床分期越晚、宫颈浸润越深、有淋巴转移,则EZH2蛋白表达越高、BRMS1蛋白表达越低。Objective To explore the clinicopathological characteristics of early cervical cancer recurrence after radical resection and their correlation with enhancer of zeste homolog 2(EZH2)and breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1(BRMS1)proteins.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the 238 patients with early cervical cancer undergoing radical surgery in the hospital between June 2015 and June 2020.According to 1-year follow-up,they were divided into recurrence group(64 cases)and non-recurrence group(174 cases).The general data of the two groups were compared.The positive expression rates of EZH2 and BRMS1 proteins in cervical cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between EZH2,BRMS1 proteins and clinical characteristics of patients with cervical cancer recurrence was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in histological types,tumor diameters,clinical staging,lymph node metastasis and cervical infiltration depth between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant differencess in age or differentiation degree(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of EZH2 in recurrence group was significantly higher than that in non-recurrence group[70.31%(45/64)vs 56.32%(83/174)](P<0.05),while positive expression rate of BRMS1 was significantly lower than that in non-recurrence group[7.81%(5/64)vs 18.97%(33/174)](P<0.05).The expressions of EZH2 and BRMS1 proteins were related to clinical staging,lymph node metastasis and cervical infiltration depth(P<0.05),but not related to histological types or tumor diameter(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with early cervical cancer recurrence after radical resection,if clinical staging is later,cervical infiltration is deeper and there is lymph node metastasis,the expression of EZH2 protein is higher and expression of BRMS1 protein is lower.
