论“士孝”的伦理意蕴及当代价值

摘  要:“士孝”是儒家知识分子所尽孝道的道德伦理要求与义务。就《孝经》而言,儒家的孝道思想体系是有次第、层级的。对比天子、诸侯、卿大夫、庶人孝的内容,“士孝”具有独特的伦理意义。在“善事父母”方面,“士孝”具有普遍的赡养义务,对双亲具备爱、敬、顺等特殊情感;在“为教以孝”方面,“士孝”不仅要协调内在的家庭、家族和睦关系,更要将“孝”的内容外推于社会、国家,从而实现“移孝作忠”的政治转型。在文化、价值多元的当代,我们应借鉴中国古代“士孝”的伦理意涵,为当今社会新型家风建设提供思想资源。Scholars’filial piety is the moral and ethical requirement and obligation of the Confucian intellectuals’filial piety.According to The Classic of Filial Piety,the Confucian filial piety ideological system has its orders and levels.Compared with the filial piety of the emperors,princes,high ministers and great officers and commoners,scholars’filial piety is of its unique ethical significance.In the aspect of being kind to parents,scholars’filial piety contains such special feelings as love,respect and obedience in addition to the general obligation of supporting parents.In the aspect of educating people with filial piety,scholars’filial piety refers not only to the coordination of the internal family and the family harmony but also to the expansion of the content of filial piety to the society and the country to realize the political transformation of transferring filial piety to loyalty.In the contemporary era of the diversified culture and value,we should learn from the ethical implication of scholars’filial piety in ancient China to provide ideological resources for the construction of a new family style in today’s society.
