体育课程一体化理念下运动能力评价研究

摘　　要：通过文献资料和演绎归纳法,对国内外运动能力评价相关文献进行分析。对基本运动能力和专项运动能力进行分类细化,提出包括基础体能、基本生理生化指标、基本身体形态3个二级指标、11个三级指标的基本运动能力评价指标体系;设计了专项运动能力四个阶段的达成性目标评价体系。基本运动能力和专项运动能力相互促进,共同构建衔接一致的一体化运动能力评价体系。Through deductive and inductive methods,the related literatures on the evaluation of athletic ability at home and abroad are analyzed.It is believed that the evaluation content of athletic ability includes cognition,basic physical fitness,basic physiological and biochemical indicators,technical and tactical applications,safety knowledge,etc;the evaluation system includes two major systems of basic athletic ability and special athletic ability.Internal and external consistent sports performance evaluation system.
