摘 要:为了解高校附属医院实施信息化管理对临床医学专业学生毕业实习满意度有何影响,评价信息化管理在提升毕业生实习质量与实践教学管理水平方面的应用效果,文章采用整群抽样方法,对在某高校附属医院接受传统临床实践教学管理的2018届415名临床医学专业毕业实习生(对照组)、接受信息化临床实践教学管理的2019届437名医学毕业实习生(实验组)进行了问卷调查。问卷涉及实践教学任务落实、基础教学活动开展和总体满意度3个方面,具体通过10个变量进行评估。根据SPSS20.0数据分析结果,实施信息化管理之后,实习生对于带教计划的制定及落实、带教老师入科介绍、带教老师出科考核形式和内容安排、高级职称老师参与带教、带教老师开展教学查房、带教老师教授技能操作、带教老师关心学生教书育人、实习带教总体、实践教学管理总体等9个变量的满意度均有不同程度提升,仅对带教老师指导实习生书写教学病史变量的满意度有所下降。因此得出结论:实施信息化管理能够有效提升毕业生实习质量和实践教学管理水平。By analyzing the satisfaction of medical students of the Classof 2018 and the Class of 2019 before and after the use of informatization management in a directly affiliated hospital of a university,the effect of informatization management on improving the quality of graduation practice was evaluated.Using cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 415 medical students in the Class of 2018 of a certain university′s affiliated hospital and 437 medical students in the Class of 2019 of the same hospital.The questionnaire involved three aspects,namely the implementation of practical teaching tasks,the carrying out of basic teaching activities and the overall satisfaction,and was evaluated by 10 variables.According to SPSS20.0 data analysis results,after the implementation of informatization management,interns′satisfaction on 9 variables has increased to different degrees,including:the formulation and implementation of the teaching plan,the teachers′orientation before interns′entering the department,the teachers′arrangement of the forms and contents of the assessment,the participation of senior teachers in teaching,the carrying out of teaching rounds,the operation of teaching skills,the teachers′care for students,the overall practice of teaching,and the overall management of practical teaching,with the only decrease in the satisfaction of the interns′writing medical history instructed by the teacher.Therefore,it can be concluded that the implementation of informatization management can effectively improve the level of practical teaching management.
