摘　　要：智能技术的迅速发展引起了技术悲观主义者的深重忧虑,而这些忧虑不无合理之处。智能技术发展的失控,致使人类的生存被技术所统治、命运被技术所决定。智能技术的社会应用造成大范围的“技术性失业”,不仅导致了严重的劳动经济问题,更是对社会公平正义的破坏。智能技术的社会应用和深入推广,使人们被迫置身于无穷无尽、应接不暇的“技术进步”,从而导致精神文明的萎缩和人们精神生活的恶化。Technology pessimists are deeply and reasonably apprehensive about the rapid development of intelligent technologies.The development of intelligent technologies has been out of control,which makes humanity’s existence ruled and humanity’s fate determined by technology.The social application of intelligent technologies has caused technological unemployment,which poses a labor economic problem with damaged social fairness.The social application and in-depth promotion of intelligent technology has forced people to be exposed to the endless“technological progress”,which leads to the withering of spiritual civilization and the deterioration of people’s spiritual life.
