摘 要:在石化企业废气处理过程中,由于VOCs为可燃有机物,在收集处理时,必须检测和控制可燃有机物的含量和氧气含量,如果超出可燃物的爆炸下限就会发生重大安全事故。分析了当前主流的VOCs在线检测技术,对比后结合实际工程经验,提出一种性价比较高的VOCs总量的检测方法,实际应用表明,采用该方法测量精度与采用FID原理的总烃分析仪一致,在保证测量精度和运行安全的前提下,降低了项目成本。During waste gas treatment in petrochemical enterprise, because VOCs are combustible organic substances, the content of combustible organic substances and oxygen must be detected and controlled during collecting and treating. If the lower explosive limit of combustible substances is exceeded, a major safety accident will occur. The current mainstream VOCs online detection technology is analyzed, and after comparison, combined with actual engineering experience, a detection method with high performance-cost ratio for total VOCs is proposed. The practical application shows that the measurement accuracy with this method is highly consistent with that of the total hydrocarbon analyzer by the FID principle, and the project cost is reduced with ensuring the measurement accuracy and operational safety.
