摘 要:职业决策能力是听障大学生事业发展的重要影响因素,可以帮助其形成良好的就业观。通过对734名听障大学生的调查问卷获取职业决策数据,使用主成分分析法(PCA)和梯度提升决策树(GBDT)模型对其进行训练和预测,并筛选出关键因素。该模型拟合效果良好。研究发现,职业定位、家庭条件和自我认知是决策能力的主要影响因素。研究结论可以为高校教育工作者提高听障大学生职业决策能力工作提供支持。Career decision-making ability is an important factor affecting the career development of deaf college students, which can help them form a good employment outlook. In this paper, 734 hearing-impaired college students are surveyed to obtain career decision-making data. Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Gradient Boosting Decision Tree(GBDT) model are used to train and predict career decision-making data, and the key factors are screened out. According to the study, This model fits well, Career orientation, family conditions and self-cognition are main influencing factors of decision-making ability. The research conclusion can provide support for college educators to improve the career decision-making ability of hearing-impaired college students.
