摘 要:供油系统是微型涡轮发动机控制系统的重要组成部分,对发动机的性能有重要影响。根据发动机台架试验时转速异常下降的现象,从供油系统滤油器堵塞原理的角度分析了故障成因。搭建了滤油器堵塞试验系统,获得了滤油器前后压差和供油流量的关系。由试验获得的数据,建立了滤油器堵塞流通特性的AMESim模型,并通过仿真分析了滤油器部分堵塞和流通特性随时间逐步恶化时的故障特征。分析了发动机实际运行时,供油系统存在出口背压的情况下,滤油器堵塞对供油系统的影响规律。根据仿真分析的结果,提出了发动机供油系统闭环控制和滤油器堵塞预警等改进措施。The fuel supply system is an important part of the micro-turbine engine which has an important impact on the performance of the micro-turbine engine.According to the phenomenon of abnormal speed drop during the engine bench test,the cause of the failure was analyzed from the perspective of the principle of oil filter clogging in the fuel supply system.The oil filter clogging test system was built,and the relationship between the pressure difference before and after the oil filter and the oil supply flow rate was obtained.Based on the data obtained from the experiment,an AMESim model of the flow characteristics of the oil filter blockage was established,and the fault characteristics of the blockage of the oil filter partly blocked and the flow characteristics gradually deteriorated over time were analyzed through simulation.The influence of oil filter blockage on the oil supply system is analyzed when the engine is actually running and the oil supply system has an outlet back pressure.Based on the results of the simulation analysis,improved measures such as closed-loop control of the engine oil supply system and early warning of oil filter clogging were proposed.
