摘 要:为了解东洞庭湖水域的碳汇特征,于2022年4月涨水期对东洞庭湖区域进行调查采样,并同步监测关键环境因子.运用垂向归纳模型和薄边界层法分别研究了东洞庭湖涨水期浮游植物的初级生产力以及水-气界面CO_(2)和CH_(4)的交换通量,基于碳收支关系计算水域净碳汇通量并分析其影响因素.结果表明:东洞庭湖涨水期水域碳汇能力存在空间差异性,总体表现出碳源的特征.湖区出口、城陵矶、岳阳楼、扁山、鹿角、湖中岛、蝴蝶口、大小西湖、六门闸上游、红星洲净碳汇通量为负值,表现为碳源,通量波动范围为-4.92~-0.17(mmol/(m^(2)·h)),平均值为-1.95mmol/(m^(2)·h);东湖区、六门闸下游净碳汇通量为正值,表现为碳汇,通量波动范围为1.10~2.24(mmol/(m^(2)·h)),平均值为1.67mmol/(m^(2)·h).东洞庭湖水域的净碳汇通量(NPP)主要受CO_(2)通量(FCO_(2))、CO_(2)分压(PCO_(2))及溶解氧(DO)影响.此外水位波动、水体营养盐、温度、水体碱度也会通过改变水体PCO_(2)含量对碳汇能力造成较大影响.In order to exam the characteristics of carbon sinking flux in the East Dongting Lake,several key environmental factors during the rising period in April 2022 in this lake were monitored.The primary productivity of phytoplankton and the exchange fluxes of CO_(2)and CH_(4)at the water air interface in the rising period of Dongting Lake were studied by vertical induction model and thin boundary layer method.The waters net carbon sinking flux were calculated based on the carbon budget relationship and the influencing factors were analyzed.The results show a significant spatial heterogeneity in the carbon sinking ability of the waters during the rising period,generally show the characteristics of carbon source.The net carbon sinking flux at the outlet of Lake,Chenglingji,Yueyanglou,Bianshan,Lujiao,the island in the lake,butterfly mouth,the big and small West Lakes,the upstream of liumenzha and hongxingzhou is negative,i.e.,a carbon source.The fluctuation range of flux various between-4.92 and-0.17(mmol/(m^(2)·h)).The average carbon sink flux reaches-1.95mmol/(m^(2)·h).The net carbon sinking flux in the lake and the downstream of liumen gate is positive,i.e.,a carbon sink.The fluctuation range of flux various between 1.10 and 2.24(mmol/(m^(2)·h)).The average carbon sink flux reaches 1.67mmol/(m^(2)·h).The net carbon sink flux(NPP)in East Dongting Lake waters is mainly affected by CO_(2)flux(FCO_(2)),CO_(2)partial pressure(PCO_(2))and dissolved oxygen(DO).In addition,water level fluctuations,water nutrients,temperature,water alkalinity will also have a greater impact on the carbon sink capacity by changing the PCO_(2)content of the water.
