摘 要:为了培养地掷球专业教学人才指导青少年学生,文章采用文献资料法、实验法、对比分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,将学生分为实验组和传统组,分别进行“角色互换式”体验教学和传统方法教学,对“角色互换式”体验教学和传统方法教学的教学效果进行研究分析,研究结果表明,试验后,实验组学生在主动学习能力和学习兴趣、技能掌握、自信心和团队意识、讲授能力、训练能力和比赛能力等方面都明显优于传统组学生。由此得出结论:“角色互换式”体验教学能够让学生更好地理解技术动作、比赛规则以及技战术方法,更有利于高校培养优秀的地掷球从业教师和教练员。In order to train professional teachers and coaches to provide professional guidance to young students,this paper uses the literature method,experimental method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to divide the students into experimental groups and traditional groups,respectively,“role interchange”experience teaching and traditional method teaching,and the teaching effects of“role interchangeable”experience teaching and traditional method teaching are studied and analyzed.Training ability and competition ability are obviously better than the traditional group students,which concludes that the“role interchange”experience teaching can allow students to better understand the technical movements,game rules and technical and tactical methods,and is more conducive to the cultivation of excellent bocce teachers and coaches in colleges and universities.
