交叉分析视角下乡村人才类型划分研究

摘　　要：“乡村要振兴,人才是关键。”人才是振兴乡村的关键因素,是实现乡村振兴的重要手段,也是乡村振兴取得成功的不二法宝。为使农村人力资源管理更加精细,更好地发挥各类人才的作用,需要打破目前单一型的乡村人才划分模式,将乡村人才按照“空间型划分方式”和“功能型划分方式”2种划分方式进行交叉分析,使其整合成一种新型乡村人才划分类型——交叉型乡村人才类型。通过对乡村人才应用交叉分类模型构建体系,分别详细阐述交叉分类模型下乡村人才的基本类型,在此基础上阐明此分类方式的应用优势及意义,助力乡村人才振兴,加快推进乡村振兴的进程。"Talents are the key to the revitalization of the rural area." Talents area key factor of revitalizing the rural area, an important means to achieve rural revitalization, and also a magic weapon for the success of rural revitalization. In order to make the rural human resources management more refined and give full play to the role of all kinds of talents, it is necessary to break the current single division mode of rural talents. This paper makes a cross-analysis of rural talents according to the two division modes of "spatial division" and "functional division", so as to integrate them into a new type of rural talent division-cross rural talent type. Through the application of the cross-classification model to the construction system of rural talents, this paper expounds in detail the basic types of rural talents under the cross-classification model, and on this basis, expounds the application advantages and significance of this classification, so as to promote the revitalization of rural talents, speed up the process of rural revitalization.
