摘 要:动力装置类课程是军队院校舰船机电专业的核心课程,对学员岗位任职能力的培养至关重要,但当前教学实践中仍存在教员讲授局限于工程技术思维、讲授装备结构原理过多、聚焦装备作战需求较少等典型问题。结合动力装置类课程的教学实践经验,详细剖析了上述典型问题的产生机制,以“为战育人”目标为导向、以作战需求为牵引,研究提出了针对性教学改革思路及具体措施。研究成果有助于促进工科理念与军事学理念的有机融合,可为军队院校舰船机电专业动力装置类课程的实战化教学改革提供参考。Power plant courses are the core of ship electromechanical specialty in military colleges and universities,which is very important for the cultivation of students’post competence.However,there are still some typical problems in the current teaching practice,such as teachers’teaching that is limited to engineering and technical thinking,too much teaching of equipment structure principle,less focus on equipment combat requirements and so on.Combined with the teaching practice experience of power plant courses,the generation mechanism of the above typical problems is analyzed in detail.Guided by the goal of educating students for war and guided by the combat demand,the targeted teaching reform ideas and specific measures are studied and put forward.The research results of this paper can help to promote the organic integration of engineering concepts and military concepts,and can provide reference for the practical teaching reform of power plant courses of ship electromechanical specialty in military colleges.
