摘　　要：推动“一带一路”建设需要一大批德才兼备的高层次国际工程管理人才。结合国家发展和“一带一路”建设对国际化人才的需求,以“国际工程管理”研究生课程为例,介绍了该门课程思政体系的构建和实践探索。“国际工程管理”课程思政体系包括目标体系、思政元素体系、实施体系,其中,课程思政目标体系共分为基础目标、核心目标和提升目标三层;实施体系包括建立“国际工程管理”课程思政素材库,加强启发式案例教学,延伸思想政治教育到课外实践。最后从课程思政教学目标、师资队伍建设和课程思政教学平台等方面提出了课程思政改革建议。To promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative,a large number of high-level international engineering management talents with both political integrity and ability are needed.Combined with the demand for international talents for national development and the construction of Belt and Road Initiative,this paper takes the postgraduate course“International Engineering Management”as an example,and introduces the construction and practices of the ideological and political system of the course,including the goal system,ideological and political element system and implementation system.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on ideological and political theories teaching in all courses reform from the aspects of ideological and political teaching objectives,teaching staff construction and ideological and political teaching platform.
