摘　　要：目的研究积极疼痛干预联合多元化睡眠干预对脑肿瘤患者睡眠状况及心理应激的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月收治的88例脑肿瘤患者作为研究对象,并采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组44例。常规组采用常规护理干预,而研究组在常规组基础上采用积极疼痛干预联合多元化睡眠干预,对比2组的干预前后疼痛、心理应激反应、睡眠状况以及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的主观睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏期、习惯睡眠效率、睡眠药物使用情况、睡眠紊乱累加问题、日间睡眠功能评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在脑肿瘤患者中采用积极疼痛干预联合多元化睡眠干预,能有效减轻其疼痛和心理应激反应,并改善睡眠状况,提高护理满意度。Objective To study the effects of active pain intervention combined with multiple sleep intervention on sleep status and psychological stress in brain tumor(BT)patients.Methods Totally 88 BT patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomized at 1∶1 ratio to receive either routine nursing intervention(control group)or active pain intervention+multiple sleep intervention(study group).The scores of pain,psychological stress response,sleep status and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,the study group had significantly lower the scores of the visual analog scale(VAS),and symptom check list-90(SCL-90)(P<0.05),significantly lower the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep disturbance,sleep latency,habitual sleep efficiency,use of sleeping medication,sleep persistence,daytime dysfunction(P<0.05),and significantly higher nursing satisfaction as compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For BT patients,active pain intervention combined with multiple sleep intervention can effectively relieve pain and psychological stress response,improve sleep status and improve nursing satisfaction.
