摘 要:采用喷雾干燥结合氢气还原的方法制备W-10Re合金粉体,并通过放电等离子体烧结制备成块体。试验表明,对不同成分的前驱体溶液进行喷雾干燥,还原后的W-10Re粉体的松装密度和氧含量有着显著的差异。当H_(2)C_(2)O_(4)含量为AMT/NH_(4)ReO_(4)质量的16.7%时,粉体具有最高的松装密度和最低的氧含量,此时粉体松装密度为2.27 g/cm^(3),氧含量为0.15%。在不同的升温速率下对W-10Re粉体进行烧结,发现较低的升温速率有利于获得更高密度的W-10Re合金块体,当采用低升温速率的烧结工艺时(升温速率约为100℃/min),合金相对密度可达到99.7%。在升温速率较低时,相同烧结温度下坯体具有更高的瞬时相对密度,这表明坯体的致密化过程需要一定的时间。此外,降低升温速率所导致的烧结时间的延长使晶粒长大了约16%,样品硬度分布更加均匀。W-10Re alloy powder was prepared by spray drying combined with hydrogen reduction,and then made into blocks by SPS.The experiment shows that the bulk density and oxygen content of the reduced W-10Re powder are significantly different after spray drying the precursor solution with different compositions.When the mass ratio of H_(2)C_(2)O_(4) to AMT/NH_(4)ReO_(4) is 16.7%,the powder has the highest bulk density and the lowest oxygen content,and the bulk density is 2.27 g/cm^(3) and the oxygen content is 0.15%.W-10Re powder was sintered at different heating rates.It was found that the lower heating rate was beneficial to obtain higher density W-10Re alloy block.When the sintering process with low heating rate was adopted(the heating rate was about 100℃/min),the relative density could reach 99.7%.When the heating rate is low,the green body has higher instantaneous relative density at the same temperature,which indicates that time also plays an important role in the densification process of green body.In addition,the grain size increased by about 16% due to the prolonging of sintering time caused by decreasing the heating rate,and the hardness distribution of the sample was more uniform.
