摘  要:利用有限元软件建立7055铝合金筒形件错距旋压成形的三维有限元模型,通过对旋压工艺的关键参数进行模拟,得到材料堆积及贴模情况随温度、减薄率和进给比的变化规律。模拟结果表明:温度越高,材料越容易堆积;温度越低,成形的表面状况越差;较小减薄率有助于减轻工件的堆积,提升工件表面质量;小进给比条件下,工件不易堆积,但影响加工效率。进行了三道次的热反旋实验,获得了精度较好的成形件:平均外径为203.69 mm,平均壁厚为1.94 mm,直线度为0.54 mm,圆度为0.36 mm。The three-dimensional finite element model of 7055 aluminum alloy cylindrical parts staggered spinning was established by using finite element software.Through the simulation of the key parameters of the spinning process,the variation rules of the material accumulation and die sticking with the temperature,the thinning rate and the feed ratio are obtained.The simulation results show that the higher the temperature is,the easier the material is to pile up;the lower the temperature is,the worse the surface condition will be;smaller thinning rate is helpful to reduce workpiece accumulation and improve surface quality of workpiece;smaller feed ratio leads to less accumulation but has a negative impact on processing efficiency.Three thermal counter spinning experiments were carried out,and the formed parts with good accuracy were obtained:the average outer diameter was 203.69 mm,the average wall thickness was 1.94 mm,the straightness was 0.54 mm,and the roundness was 0.36 mm.
