摘 要:为提高石墨烯油墨的耐高温性能,以石墨烯为导电填料,采用磷酸二氢铝作为粘结剂,氧化镁作为固化剂,制备了石墨烯高温油墨。研究了石墨烯含量对油墨电阻值的影响,涂层厚度对电阻值的影响,以及退火温度对电阻值的影响。结果表明:当石墨烯含量为20%,涂层厚度为0.03 mm,退火温度为500℃时,石墨烯高温油墨的方块电阻值最低,为35Ω/;制备的石墨烯高温加热器的尺寸为6 cm×6 cm×0.03 mm,总电阻为33.4Ω,在50 V直流电压下的功率为96.95 W,发热温度可达459℃。In order to improve the high temperature resistance of graphene ink, graphene high temperature ink was prepared with graphene as conductive filler, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder and magnesium oxide as curing agent. The effects of graphene content, coating thickness and annealing temperature on the resistance of ink were studied. The results showed that when the content of graphene was 20%, the coating thickness was 0.03 mm and the annealing temperature was 500 ℃, the block resistance of graphene high temperature ink was the lowest, which was 35 Ω/□. The size of the graphene high temperature heater was 6 cm×6 cm×0.03 mm, the total resistance was 33.4 Ω, the power was 96.95 W under 50 V DC voltage, and the heating temperature can reach 459 ℃.
