摘　　要：loncastuximab tesirine-lpyl(LT)是全球首款靶向CD19的抗体偶联药物,于2021年4月23日获美国食品和药物管理局加速批准上市,治疗至少接受过两种全身性疗法的复发难治性(R/R)大B细胞淋巴瘤成人患者,包括非特定类型的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤、低级别淋巴瘤引起的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤和高级别B细胞淋巴瘤。临床试验表明,LT在R/R弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者中具有良好的疗效,且安全性较高,其常见的≥3级治疗期出现的不良事件包括中性粒细胞减少、血小板减少和γ-谷氨酰转移酶升高。Loncastuximab tesirine-lpyl(LT)is the world’s first antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD19,which was approved by the U.S.Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed or refractory(R/R)large B-cell lymphoma at least two or more lines of systemic therapy,including non-specific type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),DLBCL arising from low grade lymphoma,and high-grade B-cell lymphoma on April 23,2021.Clinical trials have shown that LT has good clinical effect and high safety in patients with R/R DLBCL.The common adverse events in grade 3 or higher treatment period include neutropenia,thrombocytopenia,and increasedγ-glutamyltransferase.
