摘　　要：目的分析着丝粒蛋白N(CENP-N)在卵巢癌组织和正常卵巢组织中的表达及与卵巢癌患者临床特征的相关性。方法选取2019年6月—2020年5月辽宁省健康产业集团抚矿总医院收治的卵巢癌患者60例和良性妇科疾病患者60例为研究对象,对病理科保存的卵巢癌组织和因良性妇科疾病手术切除的正常卵巢组织进行研究,采用免疫组织化学染色法测定卵巢癌组织、正常卵巢组织中CENP-N表达情况。分析CENP-N在卵巢癌组织、正常卵巢组织中阳性表达情况、与卵巢癌患者临床特征的相关性及对卵巢癌的预测价值。结果CENP-N在卵巢癌组织中阳性表达率为85.00%(51/60),在正常卵巢组织中阳性表达率为18.33%(11/60),与正常卵巢组织比较,CENP-N在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=53.393,P<0.05)。CENP-N表达与卵巢癌患者年龄、病理类型及肿瘤直径无关,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);CENP-N表达与卵巢癌患者FIGO分期、分化程度、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移相关,与Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化、无浸润、T1+T2浸润及无淋巴结转移的患者比较,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中低分化、T3+T4浸润、有淋巴结转移的患者CENP-N阳性表达率升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,CENP-N预测卵巢癌的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.860(95%CI:0.726~0.994),灵敏度为85.12%,特异度为77.65%。结论CENP-N在卵巢癌组织中表达升高,且与患者FIGO分期、分化程度、浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移等临床特征相关,可用于卵巢癌的临床预测。Objective The expression of centromere N(CENP-N)in ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissue and its correlation with clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer patients were analyzed.Methods From June 2019 to May 2020,60 patients with ovarian cancer and 60 patients with benign gynecological diseases who were admitted to General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau of Liaoning Health Industry Group as the research objects were selected,and studied the ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues resected due to benign gynecological diseases preserved in the department of pathology.The expression of CENP-N in ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Objective to analyze the positive expression of CENP-N in ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues,the correlation with clinical characteristics of ovarian cancer patients,and the predictive value of CENP-N for ovarian cancer.Results The positive expression rate of CENP-N in ovarian cancer is 85.00%(51/60),and in normal ovarian tissue is 18.33%(11/60),compared with normal ovarian tissue,the positive expression rate of CENP-N in ovarian cancer tissue was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=53.393,P<0.05).The expression of CENP-N was not correlated with age,pathological type and tumor diameter,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The expression of CENP-N was correlated with FIGO stage,differentiation degree,depth of invasion,and lymph node metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer.Compared with patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱ,well differentiated,no infiltrated,T1+T2 infiltrated,and without lymph node metastasis,the positive expression rate of CENP-N in patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ,Moderate and poor differentiation,T3+T4 infiltrated,and lymph node metastasis was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of CENP-N in predicting ovarian cancer was 0.860(95%CI:0.726-0.994),the sensitivity was 85.12%,and t
