基于熵权-灰色关联度分析的装配式建筑施工阶段风险管理研究

摘　　要：装配式建筑施工阶段存在各种各样的风险。本文首先识别出影响装配式建筑施工阶段的8个风险,结合熵权法与灰色关联度对识别出来的风险进行分析,得到前三个关键因素分别为施工安装人员安全意识程度、施工现场安全管理制度、预制构件连接件强度,并针对其提出降低风险的建议与措施,以减少风险对装配式建筑施工阶段的影响,从而减少事故发生。There are various risks in the construction stage of prefabricated buildings. In this paper, eight risks affecting the construction stage of prefabricated buildings are first identified. The entropy weight method and grey correlation degree are combined to analyze the identified risks. The first three key factors are the safety awareness level of construction and installation personnel, the safety management system of construction site, and the strength of prefabricated component connector. In order to reduce the impact of risk on the prefabricated building construction stage, thus reducing the occurrence of accidents.
