摘  要:针对铁路通用敞车运行过程中产生的下侧门故障进行统计、分析,从改进下侧门的折页结构、改进车门门板材质和耐腐蚀性、增加仿形门框、加焊补强梁和提高检修质量等方面,提出改进车门结构、增强车门抗变形强度和耐腐蚀性应对对策,从而保障车门密封性能,降低下侧门故障发生频率,降低运营成本,提高车辆使用效率。Based on the statistics and analysis of the fault of the lower side door during the operation of the railway general gondola car, the paper puts forwards the countermeasures to improve the door structure, enhance the deformation resistance and corrosion resistance of the door by means of improving the folding structure of the lower side door, enhancing the material and corrosion resistance of the door panel, increasing the profiling door frame, reinforcing the welds of strengthening beam, and raising the maintenance quality, so as to ensure the door sealing performance, reduce the fault frequency of the lower side door, lower the operating costs and improve car use efficiency.
