摘 要:介绍了汽车减振器的发展现状;为了适应汽车主机厂对汽车行驶稳定性和乘坐舒适性的要求,减振器供应商需要研制可变阻尼的减振器。详细介绍了一种汽车可变阻尼减振器的基本结构、工作原理和特点,阐述了使减振器具有阻尼可变功能的频率响应阀系的结构设计以及工作原理。通过示功机试验得出可变阻尼的减振器和传统从动减振器的阻尼力数据,利用各组数据拟合出减振器的阻尼力速度变化曲线,对两种类型减振器的阻尼特性进行对比。结果表明:该阻尼可变减振器的主要特点是频率响应,可增加低频激励下减振器复原冲程的阻尼力,并且可适用于针对减振器施加较大侧向力的悬架工况;具有结构简单、经济性好、通用性强、易于装配的特点。The development status of automobile shock absorber was introduced.In order to meet the requirements of automobile OEMs for driving stability and riding comfort,shock absorber suppliers need to develop variable damping shock absorbers.The basic structure,working principle and characteristics of a variable damping shock absorber for automobiles were introduced.The structure design and working principle of the frequency response valve system which made the shock absorber have variable damping function were described.The damping force data of variable damping shock absorber and traditional driven shock absorber were obtained through dynamometer test,and the damping force velocity change curve of shock absorber was fitted with each group of data.The damping characteristics of the two types of shock absorbers were compared.The results show that the main feature of the variable damping shock absorber is frequency response,which can increase the damping force of the recovery stroke of the shock absorber under low-frequency excitation,and can be applied to the suspension working condition where the shock absorber exerts large lateral force.The utility model has the advantages of simple structure,good economy,strong universality and easy assembly.
