摘 要:采用灰色系统理论分析平菇产量、品质与甜菜渣用量的关系,为开发甜菜渣优质、高产平菇种植配方提供科学依据。结果表明:甜菜渣添加量的关联度排序为:X_(6)>X_(4)>X_(2)>X_(5)>X_(1)>X_(3),其中X_(6)处理(甜菜渣15%、棉籽壳25%、玉米芯60%)关联度最大,为0.7410;X_(3)处理关联度最小,为0.6499,说明甜菜渣用量对平菇产量、质量性状有一定的影响。甜菜渣用量与平菇产量、品质性状的关联度排序为:全碳>钾元素>总糖>粗蛋白>全氮>多糖>灰分>粗纤维>生物学效率>磷元素>脂肪>钙元素,其中全碳含量与甜菜渣用量关联度最大,说明甜菜渣用量与平菇全碳含量关系最为密切;其次为钾元素,关联度最小的为钙元素。The relationship between the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and the amount of beet dreg was analyzed by grey system theory,and the relationship between the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus and the amount of beet dreg was clarified,which provided scientific basis for developing the planting formula of Pleurotus ostreatus with high quality and yield of beet dreg in the future.The results showed that the order of correlation degree of beet dreg addition was X_(6)>X_(4)>X_(2)>X_(5)>X_(1)>X_(3).The correlation degree of X_(6)treatment,which Sugar beet residue 15%,cotton seed husk 25%,corn cob 60%,was the highest(0.7410),and that of X_(3)treatment was the lowest(0.6499),indicating that the amount of beet dreg had a certain effect on the yield and quality traits of Pleurotus ostreatus.The correlation degree between beet dreg and the yield and quality of Pleurotus ostreatus was:total carbon>K>total sugar>crude protein>total nitrogen>polysaccharide>ash>crude fiber>biological efficiency>P>fat>Ca.The correlation degree between the carbon content and the amount of beet dreg was the largest,indicating that the amount of beet dreg was most closely related to the content of total carbon of Pleurotus ostreatus,followed by the content of mineral element K,and the mineral element Ca had the lowest correlation degree.
