摘  要:为了验证玉米芯预湿、棉花塞受潮、湿度、温度、环境卫生情况、高糖分或淀粉等6个主要因素对平菇栽培场所链孢霉感染复发的影响,调查了泉州地区曾经感染链孢霉并彻底根治的种植户239家,采用单因素及多因素logistic回归分析方法研究了主要因素与链孢霉感染复发的关联性。单因素分析结果显示,链孢霉感染复发与玉米芯预湿、棉花塞受潮、湿度、温度、环境卫生情况有关,与糖分或淀粉含量过高无关;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,校正光照、其他病虫害发生类型、消杀药物等因素后,玉米芯未充分预湿(OR=2.237,95%CI:1.039~4.819)、棉花塞受潮(OR=3.272,95%CI:1.471~7.282)、高湿(OR=4.542,95%CI:1.523~13.539)、高温(OR=3.781,95%CI:1.556~9.183)、环境不卫生(OR=4.583,95%CI:2.087~10.063)是链孢霉感染复发的独立危险因素,高糖或淀粉(OR=0.735,95%CI:0.343~1.577)与链孢霉感染复发无关。In order to test the effect of corncob soaking、cotton plugs become damp、temperature、humidity、environment sanitation state、high-sugar and starch on recurrence of neurospora infection,this study investigated 239 growers in Quanzhou city who had been infected with neurospora and completely eliminated from the mushroomhouses.The relevance between the major factors and recurrence of neurospora infection were analyzed with single factor and multiple factors logistic regression.The single factor analysis result showed that recurrence of neurospora infection related to corncob soaking、cotton plugs become damp、temperature、humidity、environment sanitation state but high-sugar and starch,multiple logistic regression analysis result showed that after adjustment for other factors such as lighting levels、disease and pests and different medicine,corncob soaking(OR=2.237,95%CI:1.039~4.819)、cotton plugs become damp(OR=3.272,95%CI:1.471~7.282)、humidity(OR=4.542,95%CI:1.523~13.539)、temperature(OR=3.781,95%CI:1.556~9.183)、environment sanitation state(OR=4.583,95%CI:2.087~10.063)were independent risk factors of recurrence of neurospora infection,high-sugar and starch(OR=0.735,95%CI:0.343~1.577)had no relationship with recurrence of neurospora infection.
