后疫情时代成都市乡村旅游质量提升因素研究——基于IPA分析法

摘　　要：为进一步提升后疫情时代乡村旅游发展,构建了新的5维18因子的乡村旅游游客体验指标体系,运用IPA分析法(重要性—绩效表现分析)分析回收的198份有效问卷,识别成都市乡村旅游发展的优势区、维持区、拓展区和改善区。研究表明:生态环境、内部交通设施、信息系统是成都市乡村旅游发展的优势,应继续保持成为宣传亮点;社会治安状况、乡村氛围、住宿餐饮设施对游客的吸引力一般,却能得到游客的满意,应继续维持;文化景观、游览标志系统、服务体验没有很高的敏感度,可以循序渐进地建设;安全体验是游客前往乡村旅游目的地最为重视的,目前没有达到游客的预期,是成都市乡村旅游后期发展亟需解决的短板。建议从发挥自然生态优势、挖掘乡村文化元素、改善乡村服务细节和加强疫情防控安全措施方面精准发力,助力成都市乡村旅游高质量发展。In order to further promote the development of rural tourism in the post-epidemic era,a new 5-dimensional and 18-factor index system for rural tourism visitor experience was constructed.IPA(importance-performance analysis)was used to analyze 198 valid questionnaires and identify the advantages,maintenance,expansion and improvement areas of rural tourism development in Chengdu.The research shows that ecological environment,internal transportation facilities and information system are the advantages of rural tourism development in Chengdu,and should continue to be the highlights of publicity.Social security conditions,rural atmosphere,accommodation and catering facilities are generally attractive to tourists,but can be satisfied by tourists,should continue to maintain.Cultural landscape,tourist sign system and service experience are not highly sensitive and can be built step by step.Safety experience is the most important thing for tourists to visit rural tourism destinations.Currently,it does not meet the expectations of tourists,which is the short board that needs to be solved in the late development of rural tourism in Chengdu.It is suggested to give full play to natural ecological advantages,excavate rural cultural elements,improve rural service details and strengthen epidemic prevention and control safety measures to promote high-quality development of rural tourism in Chengdu.
