眼周局部注射A型肉毒杆菌毒素联合干眼SPA治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨眼周局部注射A型肉毒杆菌毒素联合干眼SPA治疗特发性眼睑痉挛的效果。方法选择赣州爱尔眼科医院2020年1月至2021年8月就诊的特发性眼睑痉挛患者60例,使用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各30例。对照组患者仅施以眼周局部注射A型肉毒杆菌毒素进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用干眼SPA进行治疗,两组均随访12个月,比较两组患者疗效、干眼指标变化情况、满意度。结果两组患者的治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的泪液分泌量多于治疗前,泪膜破裂时间长于治疗前,且观察组患者的泪液分泌量多于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用A型肉毒杆菌毒素联合干眼SPA治疗特发性眼睑痉挛,治疗有效率较好,满意度较高,可改善患者干眼症状,值得在临床上推广和使用。Objective To investigate the effect of local injection of Botulinum toxin type A combined with dry eye SPA in the treatment of idiopathic blepharospasm.Methods A total of 60 patients with idiopathic blepharospasm who visited Ganzhou Aier Eye Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were only treated with local injection of Botulinum toxin type A around the eye.The observation group was treated with dry eye SPA on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The two groups were followed up for 12 months.The treatment efficacy,dry eye index changes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in tear secretion and tear film rupture time between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tear secretion of the two groups were more than those before treatment,and the tear film rupture time were longer than those before treatment,and the tear secretion of the observation group was more than that of the control group,and the tear film rupture time was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Botulinum toxin type A combined with dry eye SPA in the treatment of idiopathic blepharospasm has good treatment efficiency and high nursing satisfaction,which can improve the dry eye symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
