旧城复兴导向的有轨电车系统建设——以法国6个历史城市为例

摘　　要：上世纪80年代以来,新型有轨电车在原有技术基础上通过改造升级而发展起来,日益受到欧美国家的青睐。特别在法国中小城市中,有轨电车已成为骨干的公共交通系统,不仅促进了城市绿色交通发展,而且在老城更新与新区建设中起到了积极作用,被认为是具有法国特点的TOD发展模式。基于法国有轨电车交通的发展历程,解析有轨电车与旧城复兴相结合的政策措施,并以6个历史老城区为例,从多元交通协同组织、新老城区联动发展、街道空间品质提升、电车运行线路管理与站区步行环境优化等方面探讨有轨电车融入城市的更新策略,以便更全面地认识新型有轨电车的发展动向,促进其在我国的健康发展。Since the 1980s,new trams have been developed on the basis of the original technology,and are increasingly favored by America and European countries.Trams have become the backbone of the public transportation system,which not only promotes the development of urban green transportation,but also plays an active role in the renewal of the old city and the construction of the new district,especially in small and medium-sized cities in France.It is considered to be a French-inspired TOD model.Based on the development of French tram transportation,the paper expounds the policy measures combining trams with the revitalization of the old city.And taking six historical old towns as cases,the paper explores the relevant strategies of trams being integrated into urban renewal construction from the perspectives including the multi-transportation coordination organization,the new-old town linkage development,and the quality of street space,tram line management and station area optimization,in order to fully understand the development trend of new trams and promote the healthy development in China.
