摘  要:纳米颗粒可致心血管细胞生理结构改变及功能紊乱,甚至促使细胞死亡,进而导致心血管系统组织结构重塑和功能异常,诱发心血管病事件。纳米颗粒影响心血管健康的分子机制主要有氧化应激、遗传毒性、线粒体损伤、内质网应激、抑制自噬、诱导炎症、扰乱Ca2+信号和干扰脂代谢等。本文综述了纳米颗粒影响心血管健康的分子机制,为生态环境部门的科学决策提供依据。Nanoparticles may alter the physiological structure of cells in the cardiovascular system and in turn lead to their dysfunction, and even promote cell death, which can lead to structural remodeling and dysfunction of the cardiovascular system, and induce cardiovascular events. The molecular mechanisms by which nanoparticles affect the cardiovascular health mainly include: oxidative stress, genotoxicity, mitochondrial damages, endoplasmic reticulum stress, blocking autophagic flux, inducing inflammation, disturbing Ca2+signaling and lipid metabolism. In this paper, the molecular mechanisms underlying the effects of nanoparticles on cardiovascular health were reviewed, in order to provide a basis for the scientific decision-making by the ecological and environmental departments.
