摘 要:针对硕士研究生的防空反导预警情报组织课程内容点多面广、知识前后耦合性强、学员能力参差不齐等特点,从重构教学内容、基于对分课堂创新教学模式、加强教研融合、灵活课程考核四方面进行了改革思考.教学实践表明,改革取得了较好的教学效果,提升了研究生的思辨能力和创新能力.Air and Missile Defense Early Warning Intelligence Organization(AMDEWIO) course for postgraduates in military academies is characterized by numerous points and wide range of knowledge in content,strongly coupled knowledge before and after, as well as its learners’ uneven learning abilities. In view of these features, the article carries out the reform thinking from such four aspects as reconstruction of teaching content,PAD-based-class innovation teaching model, strengthening the integration of teaching and research, and flexible course assessment. The teaching practice shows that the reform has achieved good teaching effect and improved the critical thinking ability and innovation ability of postgraduates.
