摘  要:帕金森病的诊断和病情分析主要依赖于症状和体征,而无创无辐射的辅助检查较少,传统的磁共振扫描不能发现帕金森病异常。近年来基于扩散原理成像的磁共振技术应用越来越广泛,其中磁共振扩散峰度成像因其原理建立在非高斯分布基础上,较弥散张量成像更贴合人体真实情况,能早期、精准量化帕金森病脑组织微观结构的异常,故本文对帕金森病的扩散峰度成像研究进展进行综述。The diagnosis and condition analysis of Parkinson’s disease mainly depend on symptoms and signs,while there are few non-in vasive and radiation-free auxiliary examinations.The traditional magnetic resonance scanning can not find the abnormalities of Parkinson’s disease.In recent years,the magnetic resonance technology based on diffusion principle imaging has been more and more widely used.Among them,because its principle is based on non Gaussian distribution,diffusion kurtosis imaging is more suitable for the real situation of human body than diffusion tensor imaging,and it can early and accurately quantify the abnormality of brain microstructure in Parkinson’s disease,so this paper reviews the research progress of diffusion kurtosis imaging in Parkinson’s disease.
