摘  要:颅内动脉瘤是指颅内动脉管腔的局部异常扩张、膨出部位,多发于中老年人,随着年龄的增加,颅内动脉瘤破裂的风险也相应增加。颅内动脉瘤对于人体最大的危害在于破裂出血,尤其是蛛网膜下腔出血。随着介入导管技术和栓塞装置的不断改进,血管介入治疗逐渐成熟并已成为治疗颅内动脉瘤的重要方法。血流重导向装置是新一代的血流导向装置,是一种治疗颅内动脉瘤的双层分流器,与之前的血流导向装置相比,其优点在于可视化操作。目前的临床研究表明血流重导向装置支架系统治疗颅内动脉瘤安全且有效。Intracranial aneurysm is the abnormal local dilation and bulging of the intracranial artery lumen,which usually affects elderly people.And the risk of intracranial aneurysm rupture increases with age.The most serious complications of intracranial aneurysm is rupture and hemorrhage,especially subarachnoid hemorrhage.With the development of medical devices,endovascular therapy has become a unreplaceable treatment for intracranial aneurysms.The flow redirection endoluminal device is a new generation of flow diverter stent,which is a braided self-expandable closed-cell dual-layer stent(also referred to a"stent within a stent")for the treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Compared with the previous flow diverter stent,improved visibility during working time is its most advantage.At present,the results of clinical studies indicate that flow redirection endoluminal device is safe and effective in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
