摘  要:堰塞湖溃决后通常需要在短时间内对其带来的洪水灾害进行精细化仿真模拟以辅助应急抢险工作,针对传统堰塞湖信息化平台无法实现多部门数据统一管理、数据实时更新等问题,首先总结用于堰塞湖三维建模的多源异构空间数据类型,再确定模型几何数据结构、进行模型尺度划分等,提出堰塞湖多尺度三维数据模型设计方法,针对大区域尺度和局部区域尺度提出堰塞湖三维静态模型构建方法,基于此提出堰塞湖三维动态虚拟仿真方法并对大区域河流演进过程以及堰塞体形成过程和开挖过程进行模拟。最后根据上述方法构建堰塞湖三维动态虚拟仿真平台,以白格堰塞湖为例,验证了平台构建方法具有合理性和可行性。It is usually necessary to carry out refined simulation of flood disaster in a short time after the dammed lake burst to assist in emergency rescue. Aiming at the issues that the traditional barrier lake information platform could not achieve unified data management of multiple departments and real-time data update, it firstly summarized the multi-source heterogeneous spatial data types used for 3D modeling of the barrier lake, and then proposed the design method of multi-scale 3D data model of the barrier lake by determining the geometric data structure of the model and dividing the model scale, etc. A three-dimensional static model construction method for dammed lake was proposed for large regional scale and local regional scale. Based on this, a three-dimensional dynamic virtual simulation method of dammed lake was proposed to simulate the evolution process of large regional rivers, the formation process of weir plugs and the excavation process. Finally, based on the above theories and methods, a three-dimensional dynamic virtual simulation platform for the dammed lake was constructed. Taking Baige Dammed Lake as an example, the rationality and feasibility of the construction method were verified.
