面向应急语言服务的语言景观构建策略研究

摘　　要：突发公共事件考验着地方和国家治理能力,影响着城市形象和国家形象,语言景观在应急语言服务和城市形象构建中的重要性不言而喻。以横幅、海报、标牌、电子屏幕等与新冠疫情防控相关的语言景观为调查对象,考察了语言景观的模态形式、服务语言和话语策略。在这一基础上,提出了面向应急语言服务的语言景观构建策略:构建多模态话语,合理布局语言景观;扩充服务语言,科学规划多语景观;注重话语策略,优化设置语言景观内容;完善应急语言服务内容,提升语言景观服务作用。Public emergencies test the local and national governance ability, affect the city image and national image. The importance of linguistic landscape in emergency language service and city image construction is self-evident. Taking banners, posters, signs, electronic screens and other linguistic landscapes related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 as the survey objects, the modal forms, service languages and discourse strategies of the linguistic landscape were investigated. The construction strategies of the linguistic landscape for emergency language services were put forward, including the construction of multimodal discourse and the rational layout of the linguistic landscape;Expand service language and scientifically plan multilingual landscape;Pay attention to discourse strategy and optimize the content of linguistic landscape;Improve and perfect the content of emergency language services and enhance the role of linguistic landscape services.
