摘　　要：如今,对考试的极度关注会使人们忽略教学和考试原本的价值。考试和教学是一体的,是教学进程的逻辑结果,两者都同出一源,即教师的愿景以及他们为学生设定的目标。教育者需精心设计考试和考试方案,使之具有针对性、能够产生效果,即让学生有机会发挥他们最大的潜力。持续且全面地观察学生,使考试为学生的进一步发展提供宝贵支持。Examination is given a strong focus to nowadays.The underlying values of education and examination are disguised.Ideally,examination is a logical consequence of lecturing,but both of themcan be considered as one,since both evolve from the same sources:the vision of lecturers and their objectives,that is,what their students shall become.Examinations and examination concepts need to be well designedto be specific and efficient to enable students to reveal their individual highest potential.With a continuous and holistic view on the students examinations may provide a valuable support for their development.
