摘  要:作为儒家文化圈的一员,日本长期受尊师重教文化的浸染,近代又经历西方资产阶级思想的不断渗透,已形成兼具东西方特色的研究生导学关系。日本研究生导学关系的历史沿革经过了借鉴时期和变革时期,构建起以“产官学合作”为核心的协作式培养模式。以协作式培养模式为依托,日本研究生导学关系表现为以学生为本的工作关系、尊师重道的伦理关系、纯粹透明的情感关系和开放包容的文化关系。日本研究生导学关系的构建过程启示我国应落实学生主体性,严把教师职业道德关,减少师生交往过程中的功利倾向,推动师生共筑合作性文化。As a member of the Confucian cultural circle,Japan has been influenced by the culture of respecting teachers and promoting education for a long time.Since experiencing continuous penetration of western bourgeois thoughts in modern times,Japan has formed a mentoring relationship of graduate students with both eastern and western characteristics.The historical evolution of the mentoring relationship of Japanese graduate students has gone through reference period and transformation period,constructing a cooperative training mode with the core of“industry-government-university cooperation”.The mentoring relationship of Japanese graduate students shows four characteristics:student-centered working relationship,morality-honored ethical relationship,pure emotional relationship and inclusive cultural relationship.On this basis,it is suggested that China should improve students’subjectivity and promote teachers’professional morality,to reduce profit-driven purpose between teachers and students and make them jointly build a cooperative culture.
